                     My dear Heavenly Father, gave His only Son
                        To pay the costly ransom owed by everyone.
                     Oh, what a price to pay that we might be His own.
                        His love surpasses anything that man has known.

                     The tears flowed out, and the joy flowed in,
                         When my sweet Savior cleansed me from sin.
                      Such wonderful love is hard to understand.
                         It caused Him to suffer to share His promised land.

                      Earthly cares in His presence grow so very dim.
                         What could be more precious than fellowship with Him?
                      Love lifted the burden that daily weighed me down,
                        And He exchanged that burden for a golden crown.

                       His invitation is to all who will believe.
